Privacy Policy – VideoDubber-AdsSync

This Privacy Policy describes how Kueyo LLC (“Kueyo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the internal application VideoDubber-AdsSync (the “App”). The App is a private, single-business tool operated by Kueyo LLC exclusively to manage Kueyo LLC’s own advertising assets on the Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The App is not offered to, installed by, or used by any third-party end users.
1. Who we are
Kueyo LLC is the data controller responsible for the App. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at support@kueyo.com.
2. Information the App accesses
The App connects to the Meta Marketing API and Graph API using credentials owned by Kueyo LLC, and accesses only data belonging to Kueyo LLC’s own business assets, including:
- Ad account data – campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and performance metrics (e.g. spend, ROAS, conversions) from ad accounts owned by Kueyo LLC.
- Facebook Page data – page posts, post identifiers (post IDs), and engagement metrics of pages owned or managed by Kueyo LLC.
- Business assets – business portfolio and asset metadata required to operate the above.
- Public profile – basic account identity used solely for authentication.
The App does not collect data from external users, customers, or the general public.
3. How we use the information
Information accessed through the App is used solely for Kueyo LLC’s own internal advertising operations, specifically to:
- Read and synchronize advertisement post IDs;
- Create, clone, and configure advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ads;
- Read and analyze campaign performance metrics for optimization.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed through the App with any third party. Data is processed only by Kueyo LLC and the Meta platform APIs that provide it. We do not use this data for any purpose unrelated to managing Kueyo LLC’s own advertising.
5. Data storage and retention
Data retrieved through the App is stored on systems controlled by Kueyo LLC and retained only as long as needed for advertising operations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. Credentials (access tokens) are stored securely and are revocable at any time.
6. Your controls
Because the App operates on Kueyo LLC’s own Meta assets, access can be revoked at any time from the Meta Business Settings or the Facebook account security settings of Kueyo LLC. See our Data Deletion page for how to request deletion of data.
7. Compliance
The App and this policy comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
